The laundry room and mudroom of your home can quickly turn into a chaos when you don’t have the correct storage solutions. This was the case for this homeowner who desperately wanted some help corralling the family’s gear. They use this room, just off the garage, as the main entry for family; as such, gear needs a permanent home but there must be adequate room for doing laundry too. As you can see from these before images, open storage did not allow the homeowner to disguise their gear, leaving them feeling overwhelmed with “stuff.”

By adding additional custom cabinetry, in a lovely light gray tone, we were able to disguise the family’s gear all while leaving coats, shoes, boots, gloves and hats easily accessible. The white quartz countertops provide ample folding space and help to keep the space light and bright. This family is ready to take on whatever Montana has to offer!
